Meditation is not hard to do. It may be hard to start, just like anything else. But if you give it a chance and try it, you probably will have a meditation experience. That is to say, you will feel like you actually meditated.

I think that it's kind of hard to imagine what meditation will be like until you actually do it. And the key to doing it the first time is to get some direction or instruction from someone who knows how.

A meditation teacher in person is best. You can sit with the teacher and they meditate with you. This is helpful to the student. But that can keep you from starting if you don't know of a meditation teacher in your area. Fortunately you can learn meditation from a book, from a guided audio mp3 or CD, or online. Technology is helping to bring ancient practices like meditation more and more into the mainstream culture.

I teach and practice heart meditation and you can learn more on my website. Connecting with our hearts is a powerful and relaxing and healing technique.

Peace!

Hi Rob, I'm enjoying your web site, videos and audio's. Your very easy to listen to, your voice is relaxing and comes across as positive and knowledgeable.

I am working on releasing the hold that procrastination has on me. Part of that procrastination work is to take more action. I'm also wanting to get back to meditating on a regular basis as well as getting myself to the gym more often.

I'm developing a small group of people right now in the form of a self help support group. While doing research for this group I came across your web site. I'm finding it very helpful and informative. I've worked with some life coaches in the past in my local area. They were helpful but because we didn't address my procrastination I didn't take much action on their suggestions. I know that's not the fault of the life coach, "You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink".

Though finances limit me to use your coaching services, I'm happy to be able to get some help from your web site.

You seem to be a very sincere person who truly wants to help others to be successful.

People have told me that I have inspired them to achieve things they didn't think they could, kind of like a muse. And I do seem to have a good sense about people. And my sense about you is that you will be very successful in your Life Coaching practice and will grow this beyond what you are even envisioning now. I'm not sure where you are at the moment, but I see you in large lecture halls, book signings and beyond. Keep up the good work. It will be interesting to see how far you will go.
