I feel it is important for people to commit to this work and find that four sessions is a good amount of time to create meaningful change. I offer a package discount for people who want to purchase four sessions up front.

Planning to work with me on a regular basis? If you decide on a longer term relationship you receive a discounted rate. This coaching retainer offers the following:
- One weekly meeting by phone or in person.
- Light access to me via phone and email between sessions.
Note - This is a retainer relationship, not a per hour agreement. If you miss a scheduled meeting you will not be reimbursed. I will however make every attempt to reschedule with you if possible.
